If you have received the Notice of Intention to Consider Cancellation of your visa letter then chances are your visa will be cancelled.

It’s impossible to turn back time once the notification has been issued to you. This does not mean that you do not have other options or that you should stay silent. It could well be that you can furnish the Department with valid arguments as to why your visa should not be cancelled.

The biggest mistake you can make is providing too much information to the Department which is unnecessary, unhelpful or even detrimental to your goal of avoiding a visa cancellation.

Why would you give the Department more rope with which to hang you?

If you would like to discuss the best strategy for responding to a Notice of Intention to Consider Cancellation received by you or about to be received by you then book a consultation with me here. If nothing else, I’ll save you a lot of stress and give you some clarity in terms of what your options are.
