If you have problems, please try this link.

https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/form-listing/forms/842.pdf

If you are able to make an application which is an online application then the form is not required and you can simply put the information directly into the portal. Here is the location for the portal:

https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/departmental-forms/online-forms/special-humanitarian-visa-submission-form

Note: There is no fee for lodgement.

Please share with me (below) any feedback about problems with downloading or making applications.

Where do you lodge form 842?

There is NO email address. You must either lodge it online (online is the best way for subclass 202) otherwise you must send to the “nearest Australian diplomatic, consular or migration office”.

As at the time of writing the Department of Home Affairs has not provided any email address or any postal of address inside Australia, for these applications to be made.

Form 80 Personal Particulars For Assessment Including Character Assessment [Update 2021]

Nilesh Nandan · May 4, 2021

Form-80-Title

Are you required to complete Form 80?

Here it is..all 18 pages.

You need to submit this form to the Immigration Department with most visa applications.

It allows the Department to quickly check you have provided correct and consistent personal details, such as your residences and travel movements.

It is quite an extensive document, and so it also includes a request for details of family members whether they are alive or deceased.

The Form also requests details of your tertiary education and employment history.

Each detail that is filled in the form must be true and accurate. The Immigration Department has put a stronger emphasis on background checks than ever before.

You must be aware that the Department may make background checks before and after granting any visa. It is important that you provide the Department with all recent police checks and that you disclose any prior conviction(s).

All charges and convictions must be included, whether they are minor or serious, and even if no conviction is recorded or an order is given without any admission of guilt.

This full and Frank disclosure is essential to establishing credibility and goes a long way in helping you meet the character test if that is an issue at all.

This Form will provide the Department with much but not all of the information they may require about you and your life.

It may be challenging for some of you to fill this form because you have never done so before. But you do not need to worry. If you need help, I am here to help you! Book in a consultation with me here.
