  1. Hi I am on a 8503 visa I came on 8503 visa I have found love here In Australia with a australia girl and planning to get merry on September this year is there a chance to apply for a waiver on this 8503 visa and apply onshore for a partner visa.

  2. Hi there, I came to Austaralia on visitor visa 600 in 2017 then I applied protection visa 866 since then I am on bridging visa and my case is in AAT at this moment. Meanwhile I got married here with Australian citizen and we are expecting a baby soon! In my visitor visa there were no further stay conditions but I forgot that and lodged partner visa 820 & 801 . After few days of May onshore partner application I received an email from immigration it says that my has been invalid due to my previous visas 8503 conditions!! So now I seeking a help and Hope Can I apply for 8503 waiver? As I am asylum seeker and married and expecting a baby this year will I be eligible for getting waiver?! Please help me !

  3. I m 32 yrs.single stay of 3 months 6 months visa. My sis in law ‘s delivery 9f baby on 25 July n my returning ticket in on 10 August how to waive this condition

      1. I am not sure I understand the problem. You will be here for the birth rght?

      2. 8503 waiver is not easy and required change of circumstance after arrival.

      3. Here, 8503 waiver is unlikely. Sorry!

      1. Means I should not file waiver in this case ,to help the sis in law due to her medical complications, and return back to india.one thing more sir next time when I can file my visitor visa for australia?

      2, rules affacting adoption related visas are very strict.

      3. get urgent advice and be realistic.

  5. Hi Team,

    I have a question, I want to apply for a child visa for my second kid, Me and my wife and first kid we all are Permanent residents, Currently my wife and kids are in India.

    I am planning to bring to Australia in March,
    Because of the time constraint,
    I plan to apply for a tourist visa for my second child and later apply for a Child visa before entering Australia in March.

    My question is can I apply for a child visa being India before coming Australia.. Does 8503 condition come into affect here…

    Please advise.
