If you hold a bridging visa and are seeking work rights then in most cases it is possible to get full-time work rights on the basis of financial hardship. However, you need to get specific advice about which type of bridging visa you hold. One thing to note is that if you have a visa cancellation in Australia and you are looking for work rights at the time that you are seeking a judicial review about a Federal Circuit Court or Federal Court matter, then permission to work might not be possible for you.
