Is there an issue about your identity in relation to any immigration matter? If there is any false or misleading information or bogus documents in relation to your immigration identity, and the Minister is not satisfied with you are who you say you are, then you may be liable for a 10-year ban or an exclusion period from obtaining permission to remain or enter Australia.
