Has your visa been canceled or subject to cancellation under section 109 of the Migration Act? Have you provided false or misleading information to the Department? When your visa is cancelled you will need to make an immediate application for an appeal of that cancellation.
You have a limited period of time in which to make that appeal. If you have received a Notice in terms of proposed cancellation action then you should seek immigration law advice as quickly as possible. The consequences of a cancellation are severe and include an exclusion period or ban from making any further applications or having any pending visa applications approved.
If you would like to discuss your visa cancellation problem with me please consider booking in a consultation here.
Please share your comments with me.
I’d love to know more about your experience with applying for this visa subclass!
