Immigration Health Requirement: A Guide To Satisfy Public Interest Criteria 4005 For Health Requirement

Get Immigration Health Requirement Public Interest Criteria 4005 Help Here.

The immigration health requirement detailed in public interest criteria 4007 is simply that the visa applicants should be healthy. If they are likely to require health care or community services, which would result in a significant cost to the Australian Community, or prejudice other Australians’ access to health care or community services, then public interest criteria 4005 is unlikely to be met.

If you have applied for a visa subject to 4005,  it is important to note that there is no waiver provision in this particular public interest criteria. If you cannot otherwise meet the health criteria, you will need to find a visa that has the option of a health waiver.
