Property Economist
Providing advice on the administration and commercial and operational use of land and property.
2295-13 Land Economist Skill Level:
A bachelor degree or higher qualification or at least 5 years relevant experience is required. In some instances relevant experience is required in addition to the formal qualification.
2295-13 Land Economist Tasks Include:
- researching and advising on the administration and use of land and property
- analysing land and property investment proposals
- managing land and property portfolios
- providing a consultancy service for land and property financing
- managing commercial property developments
- developing and implementing sales and leasing proposals for commercial land and property
- may be providing asset management of land and property including associated plant and machinery
- may be providing advice on property law
